Warranty and Service

All equipment purchased from the official Deye distributor in Belarus is covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty:

• Hybrid and string inverters — 5 years, extendable to 10 years;
• Microinverters — 10–15 years depending on the model;
• LiFePO4 batteries — up to 10 years or 6000 cycles;
• Accessories and monitoring — 2–3 years.

The warranty is valid for purchases from the official distributor: the device serial number must be registered in the manufacturer's system.

How service works

Contact us at +375 (33) 626-70-51 or sales@deye.by. Most issues are resolved remotely via Deye Cloud diagnostics and firmware updates. If repair is needed, we arrange warranty replacement or repair.
